Mr. Arif
Director
After receiving a Bachelors of Civil Engineering from the Engineering College of the University of Peshawar in 1994, Mr. Arif has gained over 15 years of practical engineering experience.
Working primarily as a project and engineering manager, Mr.Arif has supervised the construction of over 850 kilometers of roadway, 40 kilometers of water supply pipeline, and several bridges. He has worked under notable contracts such as the Batra—Samira highway project for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a land reclamation and drainage project for the Government of Iraq, and the Pir Koh and Tut Oil Fields Road Projects. In addition to his extensive road works projects, he has also supervised projects such as the construction of an 800 ton capacity cement production facility. As project manager for multiple projects, Mr.Arif has gained extensive experience in client consultation, coordination, and contracting, project personnel management, progress analysis, payroll, and construction estimates and specifications.
Mr. Adnan Qadir
Managing Director
Mr. Qadir has earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Fast Institute of Business Administration and a bachelors degree from Al—Khair University. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts from the University of Peshawar in political science.
Since 2000, Mr. Qadir has worked in finance, accounting, and logistics with Shallmar Hospital, SMS Pathfinder Group, V-Track, and Nazari Construction Company, Ltd. and has gained extensive experience in each field. Additionally, he has gained valuable contracting experience with Dongfong Electric Corporation, working with proposals from subcontractors. With early experiences in basic accounting, he has gained experience in cash accounting and handling, financial reporting, billing, and account maintenance. Additionally, he has knowledge in proposal and business plan creation, customer relations, marketing and has developed problem-solving abilities.
Mr. Farhad Akhtar
Admin /Hr Manager
Farhad brings international business management and project management experience having worked over 10 years in the financial market sector. He has a bachelors degree in Business Administration and has a post-graduate diploma in Project Management along with a professional designation CAPM from Project Management Institute (PMI) in the USA. Mr. Hussain has been our Admin Manager in Ardor International Financial for the last two years.
